Numerical simulation of a three dimensional electroosmotic micromixer with a flexible and controllable Rubik's cube module

Based on the incompressible Navier Stokes equation (N-S) and coupling principle of laminar flow electric field, a new 3D electroosmotic micromixer with variable module is designed in this paper. A microchannel throughout to improve mixing efficiency. The efficiency different directions, positions, alternating voltages times was studied. It can be seen from simulation results that under influence number, size position vortexes formed by fluid are different. When Reynolds number (Re) < 10, shows good effect. Re > most micromixers several torsion modes show rapid downward trend. Different other methods, when first rotated YZ plane, decreases slowly changes steadily, maximum reach 98.89%. electroosmosis has smaller pressure drop provides high flexibility for very stable
